1. Acceptance

By accessing https://cognitive-saas.digital or booking a session with Cognitive SaaS Digital (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

2. Services described

The site describes human-delivered sessions: inheritance inventory binders, location planning consults, binder refresh visits, and heir briefings. Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing and you accept the stated fee.

3. No legal or financial advice

Our work documents location indexes for offline wallet recovery materials. It is not legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or estate administration. You remain responsible for consulting qualified solicitors and other professionals in Hong Kong or elsewhere as needed.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree not to send seed phrases, private keys, PINs, or photographs of recovery materials through website forms, email, or messaging. You confirm that information you provide about locations and custodians is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Cognitive SaaS Digital or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written consent. The physical binder and cards produced in a paid session become your property upon full payment.

6. Website accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions of sessions and rates current. Fees on the site are guidance only until confirmed. We may update pages without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from heirs’ inability to locate materials when location information you supplied was incomplete or outdated. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked session is limited to the fees paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your disclosure of seed phrases contrary to our instructions, or your infringement of third-party rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
