A guided session that produces a physical binder indexing where each offline wallet’s recovery materials are stored—without writing the seed phrase into the binder.

Who this is for
You keep recovery phrases offline—on paper slips, stamped metal, or engraved plates—and you worry that the people named in your will will not know which safe-deposit box, home drawer, or solicitor file belongs to which wallet. This session is for households ready to build a durable paper index of locations, not a digital vault of the phrases themselves.
What you leave with
- A physical inventory binder with tabbed sections for each wallet nickname you choose to list
- Location cards describing medium type, building or vault reference, custodian name, and access conditions
- A short heir-facing cover letter that explains how to use the binder without revealing phrases
- Guidance on what must stay out of the binder (the seed words, PINs, and photographs of phrases)
What we do not do
We do not transcribe seed phrases, store copies, photograph recovery materials, or manage online wallets. If a phrase must be written somewhere during your own private work, that happens away from our table and is never filed in the binder we assemble.
How the session runs
- Prep call (20–30 minutes) — Confirm wallet count, who may attend, and whether any materials already sit with a solicitor or bank.
- Mapping block — For each wallet, we fill a location card: nickname, medium, place, custodian, and “open only if…” notes.
- Assembly — Pages are printed, hole-punched, and ordered into the binder with blank cards for wallets you add later.
- Close — You decide where the binder itself lives (often separate from the phrases) and whether to book an heir briefing.
Preparation
Bring nicknames you already use for wallets, any existing handwritten location notes, and the names of people who should eventually open the binder. Leave the actual phrases at home unless you need them solely for your own private verification—we will not ask to see them.
Constraints
Sessions cover up to six wallets in the standard fee. Larger collections need a longer booking. We work in English; Cantonese accompaniment for heirs can be arranged with notice. This is planning and documentation support, not legal advice—your solicitor remains the authority on estate instruments.
