Data we collect
- Inquiry forms: name, email, selected session type, and message content you choose to send
- Booking correspondence: scheduling preferences, household context you volunteer (wallet counts, heir attendance), billing details when invoiced
- Technical data: essential cookie values for consent preference; optional analytics cookies only if you accept
We do not request seed phrases, private keys, or images of recovery materials. If you send such material despite our warnings, we will delete it when identified and may decline further engagement until communication is corrected.

Legal bases / legitimate grounds
We process inquiry and booking data to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform contracted sessions. Cookie preference storage is based on your choice. Analytics runs only with consent where required.
Retention
- Inquiry emails and form submissions: up to 24 months after last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active dispute
- Session working notes: retained only until the booked deliverable is complete, then securely destroyed; the binder in your possession is your primary record
- Invoices and payment records: seven years or as required under Hong Kong tax rules
- Cookie consent value in your browser: until you clear storage or change preference
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Hong Kong law or to protect vital interests.
International transfers
Service providers may process data outside Hong Kong. Where transfers occur, we take steps appropriate to the risk, such as contractual protections with processors.
Your rights

Children
Services are intended for adults arranging household inheritance documentation. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
