Fees reflect time at the table, printing, and binder materials—not monthly subscriptions. Exact totals depend on wallet count and whether heirs attend.
Rates are informational. We confirm the fee in writing before your appointment. No payment is taken through this website.
Session fees
Inheritance inventory binder
Standard household session covering up to six wallets, printed binder, location cards, and heir cover letter. Additional wallets billed at HK$450 each. Home visits within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or New Territories add HK$600 travel.
Location planning consult
Seventy-five minutes in person or by video. Includes a one-page location sketch. Fee credits HK$800 toward a binder session booked within sixty days.
Binder refresh visit
Ninety minutes for up to four card changes. Extra changes HK$280 each. Bring your existing binder.
Heir briefing
Up to three heirs in one sitting. Additional heirs HK$350 each. Remote briefings for overseas relatives use the same fee.
What changes the estimate
- More than six wallets at first assembly
- Need for bilingual cover letters (English plus Chinese)

- Reprint of a full binder after major reorganisation
Deposits
A HK$800 deposit holds a binder-session date. The balance is due at the appointment. Consults and briefings are payable on the day unless invoiced to a firm by prior agreement.
