Why we exist

Offline wallets are often treated as a private chore: write the phrase, hide the paper, move on. Inheritance turns that chore into a family problem. Heirs inherit uncertainty about drawers, vaults, and metal plates long before they inherit any asset. Cognitive SaaS Digital formed around that gap—the inventory layer that sits between “I wrote it down” and “someone else can find it.”

Origin in Kwai Fong

Work began with private appointments near Metroplaza for households who already kept recovery phrases offline and needed a calm, paper-first way to label locations. The office on Hing Fong Road remains the meeting place for binder assembly; remote prep and heir briefings extend to relatives living outside Hong Kong.

How we work

Sessions stay small. We ask about places and custodians, not phrase contents. Binders use plain language tabs, printed cards, and cover letters heirs can read without special software. When a question becomes legal—will wording, trustee powers, tax—we stop and point you to your solicitor rather than invent answers.

Values we keep visible

• Location over transcription — the binder indexes where materials live; it does not become a second copy of the phrase.
• Paper you control — you leave with physical pages; we do not host a private vault of your index online.
• Heirs as readers — if the people named cannot understand the tabs, the work is unfinished.
• Honest limits — we will decline requests that require storing seed phrases or photographing recovery boards.

Relationship with clients

Most engagements are one binder session plus an optional heir briefing. Some households return yearly for a refresh when safes move or wallets multiply. We keep session notes only as long as needed to finish the booked work, then rely on the binder in your possession as the record.
